I thought success meant working harder. Until I realized I was building a life I didn’t even want.

For years, I held a high-level role in a multi-billion-dollar company. I led teams, built systems, and made things run smoother and smarter. I loved the pay. The benefits. The stock options. Even the three weeks of vacation felt like a perk, until it wasn't. But no matter how much I achieved, it wasn’t enough.

Something felt off... like my life was split down the middle.

By day, I was chasing business goals. By night and on weekends, I volunteered at church, searching for something that felt like purpose.

I kept wondering, “Is this really it?”

To fill the gap, I poured more effort into both sides —work and service —but it only led to overwhelm. I was efficient on the outside, but exhausted on the inside. Every time I thought I had space, there was another meeting. Another request. Another thing to juggle.

And while I dreamed of starting my own business, I wasn’t sure what it would be or how to get there, just that I couldn't keep doing what I was doing.

I just knew I wanted to live differently... with intention, alignment, and clarity.

But I didn’t know what that looked like…Then I picked up a book...

Living the Life You Were Meant to Live. And not long after, I sat down with my best friend over coffee. That’s when everything shifted…
